Terms and Conditions of Online Sales

| Please allow up to 48 hours for a response from our customer service department. If you have a serious issue with our product quality, or products in general, please be sure to be specific in your email to us. |
| There are absolutely no returns on washed materials or non-printed defects. We claim the right to allow a slight variance in printed designs within a certain level, which shall be considered acceptable. This relates to color, distressing techniques, and design layout. IF you receive an item, and you beleive it to be defective, please send us VISIBLE PROOF of the item, along with the original shipping box immediately after product arrival. |
| Any defective printing, or unsatisfactory print quality will be be replaced, but we will not pay for shipping and handling charges that may apply to a proper return to our facility. |
Please allow up to FIVE WEEKS delivery time for SPECIAL ORDER sizes and items. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you to inform you. We will offer you a different size or completely different item in exchange. IF you do not wish to accept an alternative item, then we will produce your item, but you will give us adequate time for this process. Expect your item within 5 weeks.
Let's just simplify this whole situation here by saying that we hate to give you something that you really don't want, but if time is an issue for your purchase, then you might have to reconsider. |
All returns must be unwashed, un-worn garments with a copy of your sales receipt included the original shipping box/envelope that your item arrived in. Returns will be accepted at the following address:

All refunds will be paid by cashiers check or money order in the amount of the cost of the garment. We do not reimburse for shipping, or for the shipping cost you may have incurred for your garment return. |
